If a project is cancelled before any work, planning or resource allocation begins, refund eligibility may be reviewed based on payment gateway charges, administrative cost and agreed terms.
Monthly services such as SEO, ads management, social media, lead generation, maintenance and support are billed for the active service period and are generally non-refundable after the service cycle starts.
Domain, hosting, paid plugins, paid tools, software subscriptions, advertising budget and third-party service charges are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
Refund requests must be submitted by email with project details, payment details and reason for cancellation. DexawareTech will review the request and respond with the best possible resolution.
